Description

The SEO Specialist will be required to conduct market research, design robust eCommerce Strategies, implement best eCommerce practices, drive our customer value proposition and help build customer and loyalty strategies through data and analytics.


KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive acquisition of target consumer across all digital channels according to the business KPIs set for the financial year.
  • Responsible for all eCommerce and website activity for Flash Group in relation to turnover, campaign & promotion launches, new product launches, conversion, targeted traffic, product enrichment and reporting; and drive annual targets.
  • Management, enrichment & reporting of the Flash Groups branded websites.
  • Support the overarching brand marketing strategies with sound digital Go-ToMarket strategies & amplification.
  • Create & execute the Digital CRM Strategy alongside the Flash Group
  • Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing
  • Research market to discover new trends and technologies (AI etc.) to improve & create efficiencies across content production and website performance.
  • Custodian of digital & eCommerce best practise amongst the Digital & Marketing Teams.
  • Efficiently oversee project lifecycles from scoping to delivery, including budgeting, planning, monitoring, collaboration, documentation, analytics tracking, team communication, risk management, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Drive Online availability.
  • Provide leadership and targets for the following: Site maintenance product; Site marketing loading of site skins, promos, site content (static pages); Customer journey UX, CX.
  • Working closely with the following teams: promotions and revenue generation; Marketing teams for site aesthetics, content, campaigns, brand equity & all design briefs; Flash Groups design team for any additional campaigns; Operations teams for new product launches/listings; Studio to get product shot; BI team's requirements in terms of data requirements; Customer services call centre teams for customer coms and issues; Paid media in conjunction with the marketing & Flash team.
  • Managing multiple cost centres and budgets alongside finance for projections, budget management loading of invoices.
  • Reporting on website/App and ecommerce matrix with tools such as Google Data Studio
  • Implementing and managing website performance tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Creating category and URL structures, full SEO migrations, competitor analysis, working with agencies to implement
  • Manage the CRM marketing function with a focus on analytics, forecasting, segmentation, circulation and personalisation strategies and optimisation relative to the CRM channel selection.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelors / advanced degree in relevant area
  • 5 years proven track record in a high performing ecommerce /digital environment with SEO knowledge.
  • Strong strategy development
  • Marketing Experience & Knowledge
  • Experience leading and Driving Customer Strategy in a Fin Tec, retail or FMCG business.
  • CRM / Loyalty experience
  • Customer Analytic, Research and Development experience
  • Customer Insights design through to actionable outcomes
  • Proven history of selling on marketplaces
  • Ability to optimize conversion rates

Experience with below Tools:


  • Google tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Merchant Center, Google Data Studio, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Technical SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog & Google Search Console)
  • Keyword research and ranking tracking (Keyword Planner, & SEMRush)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
