Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process Optimization: Analyze current processes using various industrial engineering tools and techniques such as time studies, process mapping, and lean manufacturing principles to identify areas for improvement.
  • System Design and Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations, logistics, and production. Develop and present reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified quality standards.
  • Technology Integration: Explore and recommend new technologies and automation opportunities that can improve operational processes and productivity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and R&D, to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in industrial engineering and related fields, including sustainability practices, to continuously bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in industrial engineering software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and eager learner with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
