Our Client a Global tech firm is seeking an IT Asset Management Subject Matter Expert to join their team in Durban on a contract basis.

Requirements:


  • Lead the drafting, review, finalization and approval of IT Asset Management framework, policies, standards, and processes
  • Ensure the policies, standards and processes comply with industry regulations, best practices Ensure all supporting and dependency practices are defined and documented (E, g required configuration management practices)
  • Attend required cadence with the Project team

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
  • ITIL Expert Certified
  • COBIT Certified
  • Software Asset Management (expert level)
  • Configuration Management
  • Digital Technology affinitive (Cloud technologies/latest trends etc)
  • Working knowledge of relevant methodology and tools
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Proven portfolio of completed projects (emphasis on ITIL Asset Management implementations)
  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
