ZaPOP is on the lookout for a Print Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of all print projects. You'll need to ensure that specified deliverables are met, in order for the business unit to make its targets.

The Print Production Manager will have to ensure that all day to day operations flows flawlessly and that product quality is monitored to ensure the best possible quality products are sent out to clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 with Maths
5 years' experience in Digital print environment (working on Mimaki, HP Latex and OCE Arizona machines would be advantageous.)
2 years' experience in managing a team
Knowledge of printer maintenance
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Ability to take ownership and display high levels of accountability and initiative
Detailorientated
Ability to understand financial budgeting
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and other webbased project management software used to perform the job
Proficient use of QuickEasy will be advantageous
