Hire Resolve's client, a renowned company in the civil engineering industry, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead and manage various civil engineering projects from start to completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that the design and specifications of the projects meet their needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the engineering team to ensure that best practice design standards and jurisdictional requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Developing project timelines and scheduling engineers to meet project milestones and deliverables
• Meeting regularly with the design team to review project status and identify any issues or potential roadblocks
• Monitoring project budgets and design team hours to ensure cost control
• Identifying changes in scope and managing time and financial impacts
• Providing technical support for engineers and setting up work orders for new projects
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and agencies to ensure effective project representation
• Updating project summaries and schedules as developments progress
• Reviewing and completing monthly billing sheets

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
