    Description

    We are looking for our headquarters in Southafrica an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative, documentary and logistics needs and tasks of the company in site.

    Residence of the candidate in Kathu, Upington or surroundings, and immediate availability are needed. 2 years of experience in industrial, construction or engineer area. Driver License is compulsory.
    The lenght of the project is 12 months approximately.


    Responsabilities:
    In coordination with the Construction Manager, Head of Administration, Head of logistics, Head of Human Resources departments and the person in charge of the project in site, the developing of the following tasks are required:

    • Control and management of the staff documentation, rotation control.
    • Documental management with our consultancy agency, clients and suppliers.
    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
    • Management of orders with courier services, purchases and telecommunication services.
    • Management of staff timesheets and its processes with the client.
    • Control of the delivery of the test equipment, PPE ́s (personal protection equipments), vehicles, work shelters, tools, etc, and them inventory.
    • Administrative management in general and cash box control.

    Skill required and job experience:

    • Completed studies of bachelor and/or technical career or bachelor's degree in administration.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in similar functions (providing references)
    • Office package domain (Word, Excel, database)
    • Advanced English language level.
    • Immediate incorporation
    • Driver License is compulsory
    - +2 years of experience in industrial, construction or engineer area.
