JOB TITLE - SAP ARIBA SUPPORT ANALYST


Responsibilities:


  • Resolves 80% of above issues without escalation to Business Information and Improvement Services (BIIS) through logging of notifications/calls as well as regular engagement and followup sessions with BIIS to resolve the calls.
  • Conduct regular SAP Ariba systems training to around 80 internal procurement SAP Ariba users and approximately 400 internal mining operations users, create, and maintain supportive documentation, training manuals and provide onthejob user training.
  • Track, monitor and report on performance of a team of people providing customer service to suppliers through a supplier helpdesk service and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Create, track, monitor and maintain the internal documentation (BRD's, process flows) of the SAP Ariba system templates/process designs and facilitate performance management between business and BIIS
  • Monitors the transaction integration processes whilst troubleshooting and problemsolving with relevant users.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to develop, update, and enhance solutions that drive business results.

Qualifications:

  • NQF level 6 minimum in any business or financial related management, information technology or science and engineering studies
  • Any related SAP Academy certification (E.g., MM/FI/CO/SAP Ariba) from SAP as a company or an SAP partnering company
  • NQF level 7 or Higher in any business or financial related management, information technology or science and engineering studies

Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a procurement, logistics, supply chain, SAP consulting, or IT environment.
  • Minimum 612 months SAP Ariba and SAP ERP experience within any of Supplier Lifecycle and performance management (SLP), Sourcing or Contract management modules.
  • Minimum 3 years in a mining environment
  • Minimum 3 months project experience having been part of any SAP ERP/SAP Ariba implementation with a client
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience of working in call centres/helpdesk environments within SLA timelines.
