SENIOR IT INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:


The incumbent of the position will be overseeing the internal systems, the development of existing systems, and overseeing the development of new systems.

The incumbent will be expected to document the requirements and specifications of internal systems and the process maps both current and new.


SALARY:


  • Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems /
Business Administrator or equivalent


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years' experience in process mapping, functional specification development and project management.
  • 5 years' experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma).
  • Proven experience in project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in agile methodology.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and leading crossfunctional meetings

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Process Analysis:


  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of completed TO BE processes ( test if ISO compliance as well as areas of improvement and efficiency are indicated ).
  • Receive futurestate processes (Tobe) from process analysis team handover to Process Development Team

- Functional Specification Development:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
  • Interpret design and developed wireframes and mockups for new system functionalities or enhancements.
  • Ensure wireframes align with user experience (UX) best practices and industry standards prior to handover to Process Development Team.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide clear and concise guidance during implementation.

- Project Management:


  • Lead and manage projects related to internal systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Develop project plans, define milestones, and track progress to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Operations Platform Development:


  • Act as the interface between the process development team and the operations platform development team to ensure the required specifications are interpretated correctly.
  • Report on progress
  • Identify, document, manage and communicate any Risks
  • Identify, document and communicate any improvements / design changes.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Decision-Making
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO
  • Familiarity with Quality frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and Presentation Skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
  • Must have an understanding of change management.
  • Must have experience in System integration.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
