JOB SUMMARY


The Sales Manager at IconAF is the
leader of, and is
responsible for, the
sales performance and behaviourof the Team Leaders under their management.


Responsibilities & Duties


To coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day teams' tasks & activities in order to execute call centre transactions accurately & timeously in support of organisations policy compliance through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed SOPs.

The responsibility of the Sales Manager is not exhaustive and may change from time to time as decided by Management


People Responsibility:


  • Ensure that the Team Leaders have received training on company processe, sales and management training;
  • Ensure that TLs' under their leadership are properly equipped with skills to fulfill their functions;
  • Provide leadership to the team by being an example on time management, people's skills and motivation;
  • Take responsibility in building strong teams that focus on high performance and have mínimal spreads between the teams;
  • Attract and retain skilled Team Leaders;
  • Ensure discipline is maintained in the call centre and consistency thereof (e.g. absenteeism, dress code, or as provided in the company's code of conduct).
  • Ensure that all TL's are reaching their weekly and monthly targets

Business Responsibility:


  • Ensure that your call center remains profitable and meets all budget requirements;
  • Ensure there is adherence to the company's process within their span of control;
  • Ensure that campaigns given to the teams are maximized without lead wastage;
  • Ensure adherence to the company values by all employees and demonstrate these values through their behaviour;
  • Ensure own and team compliance with applicable risk, governance and compliance processes and procedures. Escalates identified risks.
  • Ensure constant improvement of call quality and provide TL coaching on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that TL's maintain a high retention stats within their teams;
  • Attend and facilitate briefings sessions for campaigns assigned to your TLs';
  • Ensure that there is adequate resource Management by all TL
  • Facilitate meetings: Facilitate and chair morning team meetings
  • Conduct performance evaluations with all TL's under the span of control
  • Adhere to admin deadlines in submitting Teams documents and reports:
  • Performance Management documents
  • Coaching Documents
  • Resource Management
  • Pay roll report
  • Attendance reports etc.

  • Personnel issues (absenteeism, managing staff issues)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • RE 5 certification
  • Proficiency in the industry norms and excellence in a similar role
  • Extremely high level of perseverance;
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work well with and communicate effectively with all employees at different levels of the business;
  • Excellence in interpreting and analyzing existing reports;
  • Strong Leadership abilities;
  • Ability to handle pressure/stress;

Salary:
R10, R25,000.00 per month
