DUTIES:


  • Welcome clients at reception
  • General workshop administration duties/Receptionist
  • Daily filling of backing documents
  • Assist Foreman with excess call volumes
  • Assist the foreman with information pertaining to job cards queries
  • Create necessary purchase requisitions
  • Follow up on suppliers' invoices
  • Capture of orders, MIGO to SAP system
  • Capture of time sheets to SAP/Balance monthly
  • Compile monthly field service allowance report
  • Monitor/Supply stationary to staff
  • Assist with quotations when required
  • Load machines on SAP
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Matric or ABET
  • Good communication skills
  • Compute literacy
  • Must be resourceful and selfmotivated
  • SAP computer experience
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years related experience
  • Ability to interact with team members
  • Accurate and meticulous in administrative functions
