Introduction
Our manufacturing client based in Durban is looking for a Production Planner to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with production regarding sales queries

Provides support to all relevant internal teams

Support in compiling monthly reports for Head Office

Support in sequencing the orders on the production systems

Liaises with despatch, production, and sales to ensure that the jobs are ready to be delivered

Actively involved in the stock take in accordance with the accounting standards

Attends daily and weekly meetings with relevant internal teams

Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 with a good pass in Physical Science and Mathematics (HG)

Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering

Minimum 2 years experience in a simialr role - preferably in a manufacturing supply chain environment

Computer literacy + ERP experience

Forklift license (advantageous)

Good communication skills at all levels

Good administrative skills
