    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Grade 1 5 Years' experience in the Mining Industry
    • Administration Qualification will be an advantage
    • Ms Package Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
    • Exposure in PRP & Time Attendance will be an advantage
    • Sage 300 Software experience
    • Valid Driver's License and own transport

    GENERAL DUTIES:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Processing of Wages Employees.
    • Processing of leave, terminations and new engagements
    • Administration of monthly benefits
    • Provident Fund and Medical Aids.
    • Requesting Tax directives from SARS.
    • Print & distribute payslips.
    • Monthly reconciliation of 3rd party deductions.
    • Generate Ul19's.
    • Send out monthly costing information to the various sites.
