We are looking to employ an efficient, self-motivated and highly organised individual as
Technical Coordinator/Administrator in our
plastic lease-line division to assist the current Senior Technical Administrator.


  • Grade 12 minimum & preferably an office administration or related qualification / experience
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English in order to work directly with suppliers and technicians locally and internationally. Strong Afrikaans would be an advantage.
  • Excellent administrative skills, highly proficient in Excel, Word & Adobe (PDF)
  • Experience working in a technical/engineering environment will be an advantage
  • Experienced in working on an ERP system (Qmuzik)
  • Experience in international freight, shipping & export systems would be a strong advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Selfdriven and reliable who can work under pressure and independently
  • Assisting the HG Molenaar technicians working on HGM lease machines
  • Receiving orders from site technicians, placing orders into the ERP system, managing the orders through the manufacturing process and ERP system to ensure delivery dates are met
  • Creating internal Works Orders
  • Arranging shipping and create shipping documentation (Import & export)
  • Compiling packing lists and invoicing
  • Create and maintain technical and administrative data base (catalogues, stock lists, spare parts price lists etc.)
  • Stock takes
  • Report directly to the Division Manager and work closely with other key personnel in the business.
