Job Context:

Servest Security Pty Ltd is currently recruiting a Branch Manager that will be based at the Durban Umhlanga Office.

Prefferably a qualification in Operations/ Business Management.

Firearm competant [Handgun,Shotgun and Rifle] Business Purpose.

Good Interpersonal skills / Good communication skills.

High levels of integrity.

Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle.

Have a private mobile phone.

No criminal record.

Psira registered.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12.

5-8 Years security experience.

Firearm competant [Hangun,Shotgun,Rifle] All competance Business purpose

Good communication skills/Interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote Profitability : Manage and control expenses,Strict adherance to operational procedures.
Manage and developement of staff : Compilation of SOPS and training of guards.

Ensure complaince and follow disiplinary process.
Manage the performance and productivity of staff and provide feedback.
Implement and ensure a safe and healthy operating environment.

Customer service quality : Conduct risk assessments,Conduct monthly customer surveysand implement continuous improvement initiatives. Attend to incidents ,Conduct investigations and reports. Manage customer and staff complaints.
Administration : Ensure contract profitability through the efficient rostering of Security Officers including management and leave relievers.

Analyse vehicle tracker reports. Manage the operations controllers by conducting regular checks.

Budget : Manage and generate annual budgets, Meet budgeted EBIT targets
Stock control : Ensure the quality of stock is up to standards on delivery.
Vehicle maintenance: Utillise the vehicle Tracker daily to avoid abuse of the company vehicle.
General : Strive to maintain company standards and conduct daily direct communication wiht the regional director. Ensure you are contactable on a 24 hour basis.
