Responsibilities:

Policy Sales

Following up on quote requests, taking inbound calls, and assisting customers to take out policies or add additional coverage to their existing policies.

Reporting and Administration

Ensuring all internal and external processes are followed, allowing for accurate reporting and meeting internal and partner requirements.

Requirements:

University Degree
Own vehicle/transport required
Be active and enjoy a fastpaced environment where they can think on their feet
Enjoy speaking over the phone and building relationships with clients
Be a team player
Love learning, chasing targets, and problemsolving
Be able to listen well to match the best products with clients' individual needs
Have good bicycle knowledge and are interested in the technical aspects of cycling

Benefits:

Working hours (Mon-Fri and some Sat): UK Summer Period No Daylight Saving Time( From Apri
Sep), shifts start between 09h00 and 10h00 and run until 18h00 or 19h00
Working Hours (Mon-Fri ): UK Winter Period
During Daylight savings ( from Oct-Mar), Shifts start between 10h00 and 11h00 and run until 19h00 or 20h00
Monthly base salary R7 500 / R8 000
Exciting commission earning potential based on monthly sales targets and conversion rate
International exposure
