Technical Support Agent - Cape Town, South Africa - Continuum Personnel Services
Description
A global Tech firm is looking for an experienced Technical Support Agent with extensive customer service experience.You will be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of contact for online clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and questions.
- Supporting all company projects and services by providing assistance and information to clients.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless and efficient client communication.
- Conducting basic testing on products when time allows, and providing feedback to the development team.
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate client records and information.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships.
- Working with the team to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Technical Service Agent Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Technical customer service role o
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication tools.

- High Speed Connectivity
- A mature and responsible individual driven by results and not activities.
- An individual with genuine interest in customer service and support.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and admit mistakes.
- The ability to communicate with other people on the project's team effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Effective Written and Verbal English.
- Good problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail.
