A global Tech firm is looking for an experienced Technical Support Agent with extensive customer service experience.


You will be responsible for:


  • Serving as the first point of contact for online clients, addressing inquiries, complaints, and questions.
  • Supporting all company projects and services by providing assistance and information to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless and efficient client communication.
  • Conducting basic testing on products when time allows, and providing feedback to the development team.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate client records and information.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Working with the team to develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

Technical Service Agent Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Technical customer service role o
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with remote work and virtual communication tools.

  • High Speed Connectivity
  • A mature and responsible individual driven by results and not activities.
  • An individual with genuine interest in customer service and support.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and admit mistakes.
  • The ability to communicate with other people on the project's team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Effective Written and Verbal English.
  • Good problemsolving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
