We are on the lookout for a super-skilled Traffic Manager to join or team in Cape Town and play a crucial role in helping our agency create work that's impossible to ignore.

The role requires an unflappable, no-nonsense solution-finder who thrives in a fast-paced studio. Previous agency experience is a must.
Scope of work
Schedule and traffic work into studio from small tasks to large projects across digital, BTL and ATL
Ensure projects are resourced to maximum efficiency
Ensure the stages of the project/s are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
Provide timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
Check and schedule briefs
Assess deadlines and adjust schedules according to unforeseen events
Source, manage and allocate freelancers within budget
Daily monitoring and reporting on project status and workloads
Facilitate and ensure creative and workflow processes are adhered to
Assist and support the Creative Director with estimates and various ad hoc tasks
Monitor current traffic processes and input ideas for improvement
Build effective relationships with team and key departments

Requirements:

Experience in using the Magnetic or similar traffic management system
Minimum three years' ad agency experience.
Degree or diploma or relevant qualification
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent planning, coordinating, and supervising skills
Ability to remain super cool under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Great computer skills including Office365:
Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint and Google Sheets
Good working knowledge of print production and digital processes
Ability to proofread and perform quality control checks
Full understanding of an ad agency environment
Own reliable transport
You will be required a minimum of two days a week in office

1 May 2024
4 month contract maternity covery
