Fleet Management Services Sales Consultant

Location:
Pretoria, Gauteng

Salary:
R250,000 - R350,000 per annum (Negotiable on experience and qualifications)


Key Purpose


Drive the sales channels of all our core services, outright vehicle sales, FML, Operating Lease, Managed Maintenance, Vehicle Management Systems and Sales & Marketing VAPS in terms of achievement of sales targets as defined on an annual or ad-hoc basis.


Education and Experience Required

  • Matric and Minimum of National Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Fleet Management industry
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices in South Africa (BBBEE and EE)
  • Government contracts.
  • Integrated Fleet Management Solutions.
  • Sales Retail and Wholesale Management Knowledge of Dealer Network. People Management & Leadership Skills.
  • Financial Acumen.
  • Analytical Skills MS Office Proficient.
  • 3 to 5 years' fleet management experience and Automotive Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales channels of all our core services, outright vehicle sales, FML, Operating Lease, Managed Maintenance Sales & Marketing e, Vehicle Management Systems and VAPS in terms of achievement of sales targets as defined on an annual or adhoc basis.
  • Ensure effective steering and management of sales deliverables and outputs to ensure achievement of sales results on fleet, rental and government channels.
  • Maintain effective and solid working relationships with our customers, OEMs and dealers, internal and external stakeholders in the value chain to achieve the sales objectives.
  • Extensive exposure to tender contracts processes and supply of vehicles.
  • Extensive exposure to direct fleet sales on a National, Provincial and local level.
  • Extensive exposure to direct fleet sales Strategy Development & Implementation
  • Develop and implement appropriate/ relevant sales strategies to support the achievement of overarching organizational goals.
  • Ensure a proactive approach to deriving new projects and implementation thereof in keeping with the requirements of digital transformation, changing industry developments and market/economic conditions.
  • Project management, execution and monitoring projects assigned for implementation against project scope, objectives, cost and time to ensure successful execution of outputs.

Sales Admin:
Implement effective, attractive and market related sales promotion measures and campaigns to stimulate sales momentum.

  • Ensure effective communication to dealer network of sales measures, rules, processes and understanding.
