Repair Workshop Supervisor - Truck and Trailer Manufacturer

Location:
Belville, Cape Town

Type:
Permanent

Salary:
R180,000 - R216,000 per annum (Negotiable on experience and qualifications.)

Education and Experience Required

  • Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Packages and/or ERP Systems Experience.
  • Good Technical, Planning, Organizational and problemsolving Skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Understanding of the ISO 9000 System.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure and/or work overtime if and/or when necessary if deadline targets not met during planned working hours.
- ± 5 Years of Supervisory Experience preferably in the Manufacturing / Engineering industry.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising Staff Daily on site.
  • Completion of all Time Sheets for Staff on Site
  • Team Meetings and Production Targets
  • Housekeeping and Work Quality Control
  • Responsible for the Teams Tools and Equipment.
  • Technical Support
  • Processing of Job Sheets
  • Compiling all Team Targets and measuring of Daily Work Targets.
  • Daily Motivation of the Teams on site.
  • Complying with OSH Act and ISO 900
  • Adhering to Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • Ensuring that all Delivery Commitments are met timeously.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R180, R216,000.00 per year
