    Description

    Very basic "intern position" to support in day-to-day administration and mostly assist with inhouse production (print and cut). Nothing glamorous, but depending on the appointed candidate's passion/knowledge, there will be lots of room for growth and exposure to all elements of marketing and design.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in day-to-day administration (filing, quotes, orders, follow ups, etc.)

    Support designers in sourcing marketing materials/info (content, sizing, etc.)

    Printing and cutting of inhouse production of marketing collateral (flyers, menus, cards, etc.)

    Supporting design and marketing team with design of marketing materials

    Essential Skills:

    Basic - Good knowledge of Apple Hardware and Windows Hardware, basic design programs of Adobe Creative Suite.

    Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframe

    Organized, dependable and detail oriented

    Strong research skills, time management, and planning skills

    Desire to learn fast, self-motivated and organized

    Additional Beneficial Abilities

    Experience with WordPress /OR Basic photography skills or keen interest / Basic understanding of social media
