Description

Job Title: Financial Accountant

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting
Preferably holding Financial Articles
Advanced Excel skills required, familiarity with Pastel Partner is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential

Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of 4 in the accounting department
Prepare monthly management accounts
Process payments and manage VAT/EMP201 returns
Oversee outsourced Property Managers
Maintain daily cash flow and accurately record financial transactions
Monitor debtors and creditors accounts
Ensure Tax and VAT compliance
Prepare operational reports and reconcile accounts
Process invoices, costings, and stock adjustments
Review credit note requests and prepare month-end adjustments
Maintain fixed assets register and sales quoting analysis
Perform data integrity checks as needed
