Job Summary:
Legal Advisor sought for established listed property business

Our client is a leading real estate business in South Africa and an employer of choice.


In this role you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating standard legal agreements, providing legal advice and guidance to the business, conducting legal research and general administrative tasks within the internal legal department, including file management and handling client and internal communication.

Key responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

  • To provide credible legal advice to the business
  • Dealing with tenant legal action cases.
  • Dispute resolution and litigation
  • Ensuring and monitoring compliance within the regulatory framework, implementing internal controls, identifying business risk and recommending corrective measures.
