Our client in the Logistics and Citrus fruit sector, is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team in Patensie.

Experience working in the Logistics industry as well as in the Citrus fruit sector will be advantageous.

Overall Job Description

The Administrator will be responsible for managing the general and basic financial administrative as well as all other office administrative related functions. Punctuality, accuracy, and attention to detail are key attributes for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

All general office administrative functions.
Variable cost and expense registers and administration.
COD payments and ordering.
Basic accounting functions (quotes/PO's/invoices/recon etc).
Petty cash management.
Consumables Stock ordering and management.
Cleaning, office groceries and operational variable stock supply ordering, tracking, and reporting.
Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment such printers etc.
All General office administration

Qualifications and experience requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma or equivalent will be advantageous.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong communications skills.
Computer Literacy (MS Office and Excel).
Basic accounting skills will be advantageous.
Organized, neat and structured workflow approach.
Bilingual

Area: Eastern Cape - Patensie

Salary: ±R20 000k per month (depending on experience)
