- Support the smooth running of the department with regard to its logistical needs.
- Prompt assistance given to customers with complaints in appropriate way.
- Ensure customers expectations are exceeded in respect to quality and service.
- Respond immediately to requests for workshop breakdowns to customers.
- Action customer services as per schedule.
- Analyse the cause of the problem.
- Arrange quotes for customers to authorise repairs.
- Arrange and require spares to complete the job.
- Maintain safety standards both at in-house and at customers.
- Assist with stock counts.
- Communicate daily with workshop supervisor for scheduled work and other assistance required. Submit salary info to workshop supervisor.
- Manage clients and follow through with.
- Ensure that all areas are organised and prepared.
- Self-motivated.
- Planning, organising & time management.
- Pressure handling.
- Driven and goal orientated.
- 5 years plus working experience within a related field.
- Experience within automotive industry would be an advantage.
- Matric or equivalent NQF.
- Must be a trade tested Millwright.
