Overall Purpose of the Job
To support the Group HR with the compensation and benefits agenda; HR data analysis and scorecard management; Super user of the HR information system; responsible for the Job Evaluation Committee and general HR reporting.
To gather and analyse Group HR management information to measure and track important indices to identify organization problems/risks as well as improving efficiency and enhancing effectiveness.
Will provide specialist expertise to the Group in the areas of remuneration, job evaluation and of HR data analytics and metrics.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Science
- Ideal: Relevant Post Graduate Qualification and Registration with SARA.
Training
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills viz Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good understanding of the HR value chain.
- Expert in HR information management.
- Sound knowledge of South African Employee Income Tax Legislation.
- Expert Knowledge of Paterson Job Evaluation System.
- Good understanding of Payroll systems.
