POSITION:
Spa Receptionist

REPORTS TO:
Spa Manager

The Pepperclub Hotel seeks a passionate, skilled & experienced
spa receptionist who embodies exceptional five-star guest experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and attending to guests' needs, managing telephonic bookings, verifying guests' payment methods, administrative & ad-hoc duties.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:


OPERATIONAL

  • Perform all reception duties within the spa meeting, greeting and attending to all needs of the guests
  • First point of contact for the spa
  • Ensure smooth guest bookings
  • Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products
  • Take all guest requests and take full responsibility to ensure that it is actioned in a timely manner.
  • Uphold and maintain cleanliness of the reception and spa areas at all times
  • Assist with telephonic and walkin bookings.
  • Wellgroomed and professional

Requirements:


  • Preferable grade 12 Certificate
  • 4/5* Hotel experience
  • Well spoken
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An ability to work independently and to adapt to changing conditions
  • Computer literate

Experience:

- beauty industry: 1 year (required)
