    Description

    Dynamic client accounting team servicing the US client market, seeks a Junior Accountant to join them. This young, proactive and inclusive team seek candidates who are looking to grow and learn, who like to be held accountable and who are passionate about exceptional client delivery.     Responsibilities:

    • Capture all the bank transactions
    • Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis
    • Perform labour breakouts and analysis for all clients
    • Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete
    • Work alongside a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and within deadlines for clients
    • You'll develop an excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all clients
    • Assist with preparing monthly/weekly management reports

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a tertiary qualification in financial accounting or management accounting
    • Someone who works well in team environments and has a high level of communication
    • Someone who is proactive and will actively seek out ways to improve
    • Skills in accounting or management accounting
    • A good eye for detail
    • Someone who has a DIY mentality where they proactively tackle challenges
    • Accountable and results driven
    • Passionate about providing superb client delivery
    • Comfortable with and enjoys an opportunity to work in a dynamic hybrid working environment
