Description

Purpose
You will be responsible for the overall service delivery of voice and number porting to customers.

You will be required to provide quality customer service experience, timely product delivery, strong task management skills and the ability to identify problems and provide constructive resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Process portin and portout requests accurately and in a timely manner
Validate porting documents
Continuous followup and communication with customers/partners
Troubleshoot across departments for serviceimpacting issues
Ensure ontime implementation and delivery of new services
Process all portouts received from other external carriers
Responsible for coordinating with internal resources as required to port completion
Review all port requests daily for accuracy to ensure timelines are being met, and if timelines are in jeopardy, escalate to appropriate parties.

Requirements:

Experience reading and interpreting CSRs (Customer Service Record) and LOA (Letter of Agency) information from carriers.
Experience in provisioning LSRs (Local Service Request) and LNP (Local Number Portability) orders
Experience with customer service, troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
