Position Overview: My client is seeking a dynamic Call Centre Agent with a track record of success in sales, particularly within the Civil Industry. This role involves engaging potential clients via phone calls, promoting our construction products/services, and driving sales. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a proven sales background, and proficiency in both English and Afrikaans. Social media platforms updates experience and strong computer literacy are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our construction products/services and generate sales leads, utilizing effective sales techniques to convert leads into confirmed sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and follow-up activities.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
· Create and update social media content across various platforms to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the Civil Industry.
· Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and the ability to create engaging content.
· Matric Certificate required.
