Our client is looking for a Temporary Talent Coordinator to join their team


Responsibilities:


  • Talent & PM cycle management coordination
  • Building of Talent Pools
  • Collation of Group Talent Data in preparation for Talent Review Forums
  • Support in creating role profiles and other talent data
  • Track ACI progress aligned to EE plan (appointments and promotions)
  • Development of People Dashboards
  • Support in liaising with 2Recruitment Suppliers
  • Support in driving implementation and execution of the People agenda
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service by establishing sound relationships and networks with all stakeholders through effective HR Business Partnering
  • Assist with ad hoc Talent projects as required

Qualifications:


  • A relevant and recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
  • At least 3 years' generalist HR experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate on all levels of the business
  • Proven strong computer literacy in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, HR SAP)
