Our client is looking for a Temporary Talent Coordinator to join their team

Responsibilities:

Talent & PM cycle management coordination
Building of Talent Pools
Collation of Group Talent Data in preparation for Talent Review Forums
Support in creating role profiles and other talent data
Track ACI progress aligned to EE plan (appointments and promotions)
Development of People Dashboards
Support in liaising with 2Recruitment Suppliers
Support in driving implementation and execution of the People agenda
Maintaining a high level of customer service by establishing sound relationships and networks with all stakeholders through effective HR Business Partnering
Assist with ad hoc Talent projects as required

Qualifications:

A relevant and recognised tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
At least 3 years' generalist HR experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate on all levels of the business
Proven strong computer literacy in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, HR SAP)
