My client is a financial services provider based in Stellenbosch and they have a vacancy for a strong Administrative Assistant to assist the financial advisors and their clients


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the Financial Advisors with the processing of all financial administration for new and existing clients
  • Communicating with clients and financial institutes telephonically and electronically
  • Updating existing and new client info
  • Record keeping of workflows and tasks
  • New and existing business managing the return and capturing of forms / submitting to the financial institutes for investments, risk, processing instructions general instructions, redemptions, Section 14, 37 & 42 transfers etc.

Requirements:


  • At least 12 years relevant work experience in Financial Services industry
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Experience of business management system eg. Workpool/FSPHub will be advantage
  • Prioritization
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Time management / Deadline driven
  • Needs to be a team player and be able to work in a group environment

Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 07:30 to 16:00; Friday - 07:30 to 15:00

Leave: 20 working days
