Responsibilities:

Asset Management:

Restructuring of contracts to recover invested residual value;
Managing the asset contract proactively and communicate to clients' options available to retain the business;
Update systems to ensure that allocated assets are an accurate reflection of allocated assets;
Ensuring assets are removed from the system after returns, write off or ownership settlements;
Driving, actioning and creating extension contracts a managing the process;
Write motivation documents and supporting analysis of pricing structure for approval by the RIM committee. Provide specialist financial input on affordability and reasonableness of the funder rate on pricing. Ensuring deal is profitable, risks are managed, and assets financing can be offloaded in the secondary market.

Advisory:

Display excellent client service by attending to queries, update and advise clients on their contracts and/or assets;
Good communication skills to provide clear business centric options available to clients to aid their decisionmaking process based on the business model;
Creating and presenting financial cost saving proposals within business mandate;
Attending regular client meetings with sales personnel and act as advisors' financial acumen for contract management and related discussions;

Administration:

Facilitating a seamless return process of leased assists back from clients;
Providing ownership settlement quotations;
Assisting clients with insurance claims for lost or damaged assets;
Send notifications of upcoming contract expiries;
Provide accurate billing schedules to finance team to enable the finance team to raise rental invoices;
Assisting finance to recover overdue debtors;

Strategy

Participating in the development of remarketing plans for secondary market;
Financial calculations of profitability and feasibility for contract changes in case of pre end of term and renewals;

Coming up with innovative ways of structuring deals to maximise profitability.

R240 000,00 - R300 000,00 per year
