Qualification/s:

1) NOSA or SABS internal auditor qualification

2) Background in tender preparation (BID's office)

3) Knowledge of the preparation of Health and Safety files

4) Document/drawing control

5) Strong MS Word knowledge

Experience:

1) Maintain Quality Management System

2) Internal auditing of Quality Management System

3) Internal training of the Quality Management System

4) Preparation of Quality Management System bi-annual meeting and conducting thereof

5) Documentation and Drawing Control

6) Formatting of deliverable documentation to company standards

7) Preparation of Quality Control Packs (for quality assurance on panel manufactured)

8) Capturing of all non-conformances related to factory acceptance tests as well as customer complaints

9) Monthly submission of hours worked on site

10) Preparation of quotes and tenders (completing of commercials and request for information/quotation deliverables)

11) Preparation of safety files

12)

Passport 360 (Customer requirement:
On-line safety compliance to clients and contractors working in high risk environments)

13)

Aconex (Customer requirement:
Customer documents and correspondence register of projects)

14) Attending meetings and taking minutes

15) Internal updating of PPE (inventory control)

16) Health & safety and good housekeeping

17) Ad-hoc assistance to directors

Salary:
R25, R28,000.00 per month
