We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Managed Services Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and support of delivering managed services, while collaborating with regional and global teams to meet business objectives.

A strong understanding of Oracle technologies, adeptness at managing people and processes, familiarity with Oracle as a vendor, and experience with Oracle Cloud will be crucial for success.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee service delivery, incident management, and Oracle system support at client sites.
  • Maintain an uptodate repository of client information related to Oracle technology and operations.
  • Direct managed services operations in alignment with Service Management Service Operations process.
  • Implement training initiatives for direct reports, and ensure the operations team is equipped with necessary Oracle skills.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance productivity, performance, and cost reduction.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, analyze metrics, manage daytoday operations, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet agreed service levels for Oracle services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous service improvement.
  • Engage with clients for technical operations as part of routine operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, specifically with Oracle, for optimal service delivery.
  • Leverage Oracle Cloud experience to optimize the delivery of Oracle Managed Services

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Certifications in Oracle technologies, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Oracle Certified Expert (OCE), or Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.

Required Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • Managed & Professional Consulting Services.
  • Infrastructure & Operations Management.
  • Experience in leading and motivating delivery teams.
  • Database and Oracle Platform Infrastructure management.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Implementation & Management.
  • Service Delivery Management.
  • Experience with Oracle as a vendor and leveraging vendor resources for service delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and cloud technologies is advantageous.
