Join a leading SA employer at an exciting and challenging project overseeing quality food service to a key account

Primary KPIs;

  • Manage daily, endtoend operation of the Unit alongside.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team and drive customer experience.
  • Ensure that the facility adheres to all requirements in line with statutory Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and policies.
  • Manage the cafeteria optimally in order to surpass client and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of the cafeteria.
  • Ensure staff is adequately trained and adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Innovate and creatively solve problems proactively.
  • Stock management and control.
  • Menu standardization implementation and ongoing monitoring.
  • Financial reporting: complete all required transactions on the Point of Sales and Bookkeeping system.
  • Assist when required with ad hoc and or monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Excellent knowledge of the catering environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety policies and processes relevant to the catering industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Financial Acumen and report writing
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Performance management experience coupled with sound knowledge of South African and industryspecific Labour Laws
  • Results orientation
  • Driven, selfmotivated
  • Problem solving skills
  • Negotiation Skills
