A positive individual with strong leadership and organizational skills is required to run the F&B department of a large 4* property.
Excellent salary package - snr position- Practical, hands on, able to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
- Industry related qualification diploma/degree
- Min 5 years' experience as F&B manager in a hotel environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in Hotel Property management software HIGHLY advantageous
- Own transport essential
