Establishing and building client relationships
Attend client meetings
Running a project from start (briefing) to completion (delivery of design files or produced goods)
Creating comprehensive briefs, ensuring all information is included to ensure the design team have all they need to commence with the project as efficiently as possible
Manage client expectations
Being the liaison between the client and the creative studio
Accurate debriefing
Implementation of project timelines
Ensuring a project is run in a timeous manner
Writing status reports
Being organised and ensuring files are accessible by all
Quote generation for new clients/projects
Reviewing, copy checking of creative work
Preproduction sourcing sourcing of quote, samples
Managing the production of the project

Qualifications:

Must hold a tertiary qualification in Branding or Marketing
2 years + of account management experience in an accredited branding or advertising agency
Experience working on accounts across multiple industry sectors
Dynamic and motivated
Ambitious and tenacious
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strategic thinker
Detail oriented
Ability to multitask
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to problem solve
Good interpersonal skills, team player
Brand strategy experience is a bonus
