  • You will need to qualify and nurture leads and enjoy engagement with the agency world who we sell into through training and handson experience, you will become a payments specialist expert able to explain the commercial benefits and return on investment while expertly navigating platform questions.
  • Your role will be in developing and securing new business.
  • As Sales Manager, you will have minimum targets for outbound calls, number of demo's sat and deals concluded per month.
  • You need to nurture and convert qualified leads, and also generate your own leads and cultivate trade connections through coldcalling and social networking, while consistently evangelising the automated rental payment platform.
  • Generate and manage sales leads.
  • Following the sales process through both virtual and inperson demonstrations.
  • Drive sales presentations, negotiations, formal quotations, and closing processes.
  • Respond to requests for demonstrations, proposals, information and quotes (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
  • Manage your daily activities, admin and followup tasks (using HubSpot).
  • Constantly review what the market needs.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activity.
  • Maintain knowledge of services (& limitations) to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory and compliance issues that may impact sales to prospective clients.
  • Represent company at virtual and inperson industry events (to originate sales leads).
  • Establish him/herself as an expert within the company, and out the field, by developing a broad knowledge of the platform and the property rental industry.

Qualifications:


  • 5 years sales experience, preferably 5 years in SoftwareasaService (SaaS) or property industry.
  • Experienced in selling services to the Property Rental / Management industry.
  • Good understanding of PropTech / FinTech / SaaS solutions.
  • Understand how to build sales processes, and how to develop sales teams.
  • Comfortable selling to large corporate clients.
  • Manage sales targets and plan daily activities accordingly.
  • Real estate industryspecific management experience would be an advantage.
