The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales and resellers covering some SADC countries.

Job Responsibilities will be:

Direct sales of equipment and services to customer.
Visit customer sites on a regular basis to give sales presentations, perform instrumentation demonstrations and installations of new products as well as training customers on the correct use of equipment.
Administrative responsibilities include preparation of quotes, CRM management and territory reporting on a regular basis.
Management and support resell partners in the area.
Development of new partners in countries where applicable.
Management of Key accounts.
Frequent travel will be required.
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or another technical discipline is required.
At least 47 years' experience in technical sales of analytical instruments.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Must possess strong analytical problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and responsibly within a small team.
