    As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge content for our various media platforms, such as the web, social media, presentations, and occasional print media.

    Responsibilities:

    Digital media specialist:

    • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop a next-level digital strategy for integrated media campaigns.
    • Conceptualising, developing, scheduling, and monitoring all digital and social media campaigns across different media platforms for the various group companies.
    • Improving brand awareness on all media platforms, including digital and print.
    • Maintaining, updating, and refreshing website content across all company websites, online directories, and portals.
    • Developing SEO-optimised content and ensuring best practices across all digital platforms.
    • Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across all digital platforms.
    • Keeping the online media library up to date.
    • Monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaigns' impact and return on investment.
    • Remaining current with the latest digital media trends and design technology available.
    • Constantly raising the bar on creative ways to improve the customer experience.
    • Basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.

    Project Management:

    • Assess the needs together with the relevant stakeholders where applicable.
    • Discussing the goals and needs for a specific project, designing ads to meet these goals, and placing targeted consumer ads on social media, or other digital platforms

    Self development:

    • Identifies training/development needs and proactively selects effective solutions to address development gaps.
    • Ensures that a personal development plan is developed and implemented
