Job Summary:

Established over a decade ago, our client is a South African-based commercial real estate business focused on investment and development in the office, industrial and retail industries.

Their assets exceed R2bil with a GLA of over m2 predominantly focused on the Gauteng and Western Cape provinces.

To qualify for this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years' experience in a property leasing administration role.
  • 3+ years' experience working with an office or retail portfolio.
  • 3+ years' experience working on MDA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in or around the Johannesburg area.
