Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in accountancy and sales environment
- Computer literate
- Experience with the following programs:
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel and Outlook)
- QuickBooks Online (advantageous)
- Good with numbers
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasker
- Able to work independently
- Own Transport
- Debtors and Creditors Management and Reconciliations
- Bookkeeping function (advantageous)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting on Excel
- Delivery installation planning and allocation per route and required date.
- Confirming payments prior to installation
- Follow ups where necessary
- Organizing data on excel
- Data Capturing and Processing of Invoices (Debtors and Creditors) on QuickBooks
- Assist with monthly journals
- General administration
- Other related reasonable tasks that will arise from time to time
