Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in accountancy and sales environment
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with the following programs:
  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel and Outlook)
  • QuickBooks Online (advantageous)
  • Good with numbers
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasker
  • Able to work independently
  • Own Transport
  • Debtors and Creditors Management and Reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping function (advantageous)

Responsibilities:


  • Reporting on Excel
  • Delivery installation planning and allocation per route and required date.
  • Confirming payments prior to installation
  • Follow ups where necessary
  • Organizing data on excel
  • Data Capturing and Processing of Invoices (Debtors and Creditors) on QuickBooks
  • Assist with monthly journals
  • General administration
  • Other related reasonable tasks that will arise from time to time
