The purpose of this role is to provide strategic support across all departments within the motor dealership, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration.

Job Description:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews,


•  and appointment documentation.


• Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees in line with dealership standards.


• Liaise with line managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs.
