Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Operations Manager to lead and integrate our HR and operational functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership capability, operational insight, and a solid understanding of labour legislation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, people excellence, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
- Oversee key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Strategic and Business Support
- Contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Support and enable HR consultants to deliver high-quality client services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (non-negotiable).
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in labour law compliance, employee relations, and operational leadership.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of key HR processes, systems, and best practices.
