RedCat Recruitment is
urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
UNDERWRITER / BROKER'S ASSISTANT for a well-established national concern, position based in
Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12.

Minimum NQF 4 qualification (advantageous).

RE5 qualification a strong advantage.

Working knowledge and understanding of statutory and legislative requirements, e.g., short-term Insurance

Act/FAIS/Fit and Proper, etc.

3yrs+ previous working experience as an Underwriter.

3yrs+ previous working experience in the short-term insurance industry.

Person will be required to have both domestic and commercial experience.

Person will report to the Broker and will be required to assist the Broker with their duties.
