Description
Purpose of the JobTo procure business from new and existing customers, manage agents and ensure sound relationships with the entire customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Building sound customer relationships (ongoing).
- Technical advice and training including presentations.
- Checking of batteries, voltages, and SG's.
- Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts and other.
- Soliciting new customers.
- Servicing existing customers and accounts.
- Handling of customer complaints and queries. (Cradle to grave)
- Management of budgets sales and expenses.
- Meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.
- Reviewing cost and sales performance.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask.
- Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress reports
- Sell complete offering of products.
- Followup on deliveries.
- Grade 1
- Diploma is Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering
- 2 to 4 years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills
