About the role


The purpose of this role is to create perspective clients by the way out outbound dialling the leads provided to the lead generator through our Telecoms systems.

As a lead generator your task is to identify if the client qualifies for our debt relief solution and the lead is then passed to a Senior Sales advisors.

This department falls under the sales division of our business and they report into the Head of Sales.


Responsibilities

  • Cold calling prospective clients to offer our debt solution.
  • Maintain a level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a clear tone and accent.
  • Must achieve sales targets.
  • Must have great Customer service.
  • Excellent CRM and Dialler skills
  • Matric Certificate
  • Clear Criminal record
  • Clear ITC (Advantageous but not a requirement)
  • Minimum of 1 years Call centre sales experience.
  • Consistent record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in highpressure work environments.
  • Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills
  • Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance records.

  • Grade to 3 years leadership/supervisory experience within New Accounts and/or services environment
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Vision Plus, Presence and Tableau reporting will be a strong advantage.
