Description

We are looking for a mature, systematic team player to manage the workflow of variable data printing from order receipt through to invoicing.

To ensure Service Level Agreement targets are met on time and in full every time.


You will be required to manage the requirements of a team of people who work alternating day and night shifts this includes technical product training and support.


REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree in computer science)
  • High level of IT understanding and processing
  • Microsoft Office Excellence
  • Digital thermal printing knowledge and experience advantageous
  • Solid and proven technical knowledge of production processes and systems.
  • 5 Years plus experience on installation and support of production print devices
  • Solid and proven knowledge of printing software and calibration systems
  • Advanced fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe, Bartender Enterprise Automation, Nice Label 17 Pro, Filemaker, Egnyte, Curl and Illustrator
  • Leadership and Team Building skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor product and analyse statistics.
  • Ensure deadlines and targets are achieved
  • Product Training
  • Manage and lead print room staff
  • Ensure technical and quality compliance of product
  • Assist / support in product support.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R22, R28,000.00 per month
