Description

ITL is looking for a mature, systematic team player to manage the workflow of raw materials, order receipt through to invoicing of production to ensure SLA targets are met on time and in full every time.

Technical product training, support and updates for all products in his/her portfolio.


REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree in computer science)
  • High level of IT understanding and processing
  • Microsoft Office Excellence
  • RFID and Thermal Printing knowledge and experience advantageous
  • Solid and proven technical knowledge of production processes and systems.
  • 5 Years plus experience on installation and support of production print devices
  • Solid and proven knowledge of printing software and calibration systems
  • Advanced fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe, Bartender Enterprise Automation, Nice Label 17 Pro, Filemaker, Egnyte, Curl and Illustrator
  • Leadership and Team Building skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and Control Products in their Portfolio

  • Evaluate products.
  • Ensure deadlines and targets are achieved
  • Monitor product and analyse statistics.
  • Product Training
  • Manage and lead print room staff
  • Ensure technical and quality compliance of product
  • Assist / support in product support.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R25, R35,000.00 per month
