Summary

Key Areas of Responsibility

Data entry and record keeping helping to maintain financial records and databases.
Support the finance team by processing invoices, verifying payment requests and monitoring accounts payable.
Where necessary, liaise with vendors and internal departments.
Learn about financial regulations.
Contribute to special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing, or have completed a Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting etc.
Basic understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to work independently and in a teamorientated environment.

Process of Engagement

Acceptance of POPI Compliance where appropriate.
Introductory discussion with AO Connect to discuss role and expectations.
1st round interview with our Finance Manager
Possibility of second and final round interview with our Managing Director.
